All classes, workshops, events, and private sessions are non-refundable.

 

A refund will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where it can be demonstrated that an instructor acted with gross negligence, inappropriate conduct, or clear carelessness that directly resulted in injury or harm. Any such claim must be supported by reasonable evidence and will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the studio.

 

By participating in any aerial, pole, or movement-based activity at the studio, participants acknowledge and accept that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, strains, bruising, and other physical injuries. Participation is entirely voluntary, and individuals confirm that they are physically fit to take part and understand the nature of the activities involved.

 

The studio and its instructors take all reasonable steps to provide a safe, supportive, and professionally supervised environment; however, no activity can be guaranteed to be risk-free. The studio and its instructors cannot be held responsible for injuries that occur as a result of normal participation, individual limitations, failure to follow instructions, or risks inherent to aerial and movement practices.

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

-Change of mind

-Missed classes or late cancellations

-Discomfort, fear, or dissatisfaction with personal performance

-Injuries arising from accepted risks of participation

-Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions or limitations

 

By booking and attending a class, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
