Welcome to Velvet Rose, an aerial studio that offers a variety of aerial, dance and wellness classes. Our studio specializes in pole dancing, sensual pole, aerial silks, aerial hammock and aerial lyra, floorplay, burlesque and aerial yoga. Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive and empowering environment for all our members. We are passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals and express yourself through the art of aerial dance and movement.

Jemma van Wyk
Jemma van Wyk AKA Velvet Rose is a highly experienced aerial dance instructor with a background in contemporary dance, burlesque and strength training. She is a qualified personal trainer, pilates instructor as well as exercise during pregnancy.
Genevieve Eyre
Genevieve Eyre AKA Scar-lit Hearts is a world renowned aerialist and burlesque dancer with multiple crowns and international titles under her very bedazzled belt. Genevieve has a multitude of additional experience within the wellness space.
Laurin Sauls
Laurin is a passionate aerial hammock instructor with an extensive background in teaching. You can feel her enthusiasm, respect and love for the sport through her carefully crafted classes.
